Opened Clancy’s Gas in Hastings. Designed, built and opened new concept store in Owatonna featuring Pharmacy, gifts, convenience store, deli and Gas station. Implemented new Frequent Shopper program called Pharmacy Rewards in Hastings and Owatonna.

2004
Opened second Dollar Store. In Austin Minnesota.

2003
Opened Gift Shoppe in Worthington. Opened first Dollar Store in Hastings. Opened the Smart-Fill Central Fill Pharmacy. Started the Smart-Fill Process - an automated refill system available to all independent pharmacies.

Started the Smart-Fill Virtual Chain - a network of independent stores that provides members with technological solutions and purchasing power usually available only to large chains.

Two store purchases and two store remodelings planned. Add first robotic Dispensing system in Fairmont.

Open Sterling Long Term Care Pharmacy in Owatonna. Open Gift Shoppes in Albert Lea and Edina. Remodel and expand stores in Owatonna and Worthington.
